I have the problem but in physcial centos 6 installation. Nothing seems to work. Not sure whether it could be a driver issue.

lvm lvextend -l +100%FREE /dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00

Just to be clear, that is the “L” flag being passed to lvextend.

That’s an apache error, likely not related to sendmail. Check your apache logs in /var/log/httpd.
